The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA“) has created the ‘Multifamily Direct Loan Program’ (MFDL) topic in the TDHCA email lists, and by receiving this email, you are currently signed up for the topic . The MFDL topic has been created to differentiate from the ‘HOME Program’ (HP) topic. Going forward, the HP topic will be used for Single Family HOME program announcements, whereas the MFDL topic will be used for Multifamily HOME, TCAP Repayment Funds (“TCAP RF“), and National Housing Trust Fund (“NHTF“) announcements.
