The primary elections in Texas indicate a seismic shift at the Capitol. Although runoffs for a number of incumbents are scheduled for May 28th, some key housing supporters were not able to overcome opposition because of anti-voucher and pro-impeachment Republicans. Among them was Rep. Jacey Jetton, who carried the TAAHP PFC bill, will not be returning to the legislature.
