TDHCA Income Determination Training

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will host in-person Income Determination Training in Austin on Thursday, October 6, 2022. The training will be held in room 320 at the Thomas Jefferson Rusk Building, located at 208 East 10th Street, Austin, TX 78701. Registration will begin at 8 a.m., Austin local time, and the training will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all HOME program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
The training is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with breaks in the morning and afternoon and a break for lunch. Lunch is not provided.
