The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance staff will host a live VIRTUAL Income Determination Training on Tuesday, December 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Austin local time.
This free training spotlights eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
The Income Determination Training provides you the opportunity to do the following:
– Focus on eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs
– Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income
– Get answers to your questions about eligibility
While this training is virtual, you must register in order to attend. Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. Attendees will not receive certificates for this training.
