Please join us for this program that will review the significant changes made to the 2022 Texas Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). TAAHP QAP Committee Chair Nathan Kelley of Blazer Building will take a deep dive into the changes, including any changes or adjustments made by Governor Abbot by the December 1st deadline for release. Kelley will also walk through how these changes will impact the development of housing tax credit properties in Texas.
