TDHCA wants input 2023 QAP Language Revisions for Specific Sections
TDHCA is seeking input on the 2023 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). As proposed in the 2023 QAP Development Plan, staff is releasing draft revisions of specific sections shown as blackline and would like to get your feedback.
TDHCA Wants Feedback on its Multifamily Uniform Application
As part of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) roundtable process, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is soliciting comments and suggestions about its multifamily uniform application form(s).
TDHCA hosting its last QAP roundtable and workgroup next week
Next week, TDHCA will host its last QAP roundtable and workgroup webinar. The in-person roundtable will cover the following topics; supportive housing, tiebreakers, neighborhood risk factors, and QAP language cleanup. This will conclude TDHCA's initial research and input phase for the 2023 QAP development plan. Activities in this phase included Research and Data analysis, intensive virtual workgroups, in-person roundtables, and surveys.

Update: 2023 Texas QAP Development Plan
TDHCA is still in its research and input phase for the 2023 QAP development plan. Activities in this phase include; Research and Data analysis, intensive virtual workgroups, in-person roundtables, and surveys.
QAP Roundtable schedule change and release of 2023 QAP Development Survey on Cost Containment
TDHCA has changed the time for a previously scheduled QAP Roundtable. The 2023 QAP In-Person Roundtable scheduled for Wednesday, March 30, 2022, will now occur from 2 to 4 p.m., Austin local time.
