TDHCA is seeking input on the 2023 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). As proposed in the 2023 QAP Development Plan, staff is releasing draft revisions of specific sections shown as blackline and would like to get your feedback.
As part of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) roundtable process, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is soliciting comments and suggestions about its multifamily uniform application form(s).
Next week, TDHCA will host its last QAP roundtable and workgroup webinar. The in-person roundtable will cover the following topics; supportive housing, tiebreakers, neighborhood risk factors, and QAP language cleanup. This will conclude TDHCA's initial research and input phase for the 2023 QAP development plan. Activities in this phase included Research and Data analysis, intensive virtual workgroups, in-person roundtables, and surveys.
