TAAHP is seeking nominations for candidates to serve on the 2024-2025 Board of Directors. This year, there are five available seats on the board. Three of these will have no incumbents and two have eligible incumbents for re-election. Nominations for these seats will end on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Instructions

For bylaws compliance, nominations are encouraged for representatives in the Developer, Lender/Investor, and Nonprofit/Government categories this election cycle but are not required in order to be nominated.

Please complete the following form to submit your nomination for the 2024-2025 Board of Directors. Each nominee must nominate themselves and meet the following requirements:

TAAHP Board of Directors Eligibility:

Required

1. Must be a member of TAAHP in good standing (2024 membership dues must be up-to-date) for the past 3 years.
2. Must be an Active/Voting TAAHP Member.
3. Be employed or work in the field of experience related to affordable housing, community development, finance/accounting, legal services, social services, suppliers/vendors, or other related professions.
4. Cannot be from a company, family, firm, branch office, affiliation of firm, corporation, or any other business entity, related or of the same ownership of a person who is currently serving on the board.
5. Must be an active member of a TAAHP committee or working group or have participated as a panelist/speaker for a TAAHP webinar or the Texas Housing Conference or has organized a webinar on behalf of TAAHP.

2. Upload your professional headshot/photo.
3. You must sign the nomination to give your explicit consent to be nominated.
