Frequently Asked Questions

Who can contribute to TAAHP-PAC?

A PAC may accept contributions from individuals and other non-corporate legal entities.  To determine whether a legal entity is “non-corporate”, you must examine its organizational structure and its owners.  If the entity itself is a corporation, it may not contribute.  If the entity is a partnership or LLC, you must examine its owners:  if any of its owners are corporations, or are themselves owned by a corporation, it may not contribute.

Can I request my contribution go to a specific policy maker?

Yes.

Will records be available to me?

Yes. Through TAAHP-PAC and the Texas Ethics Commission.

How do I participate ?

Contributions are accepted by mail or online. To contribute online fill out a TAAHP-PAC Contribution Form.

Is my Contribution Tax Deductible ?

No. Federal law does not permit political contributions to be deducted from Federal or State taxes.
